



I’m a 21m. The first picture is from the night before I started going to the gym, and the second picture is from day 66 of training.
I’ve been following a calorie deficit diet during this period. My weight has gone from 83.5 kg to 78.6 kg.
However, I feel like my body hasn’t changed much visually. Could you please evaluate my progress and let me know if I’m on the right track? Here's my diet,
BREAKFAST
35g muesli
80g greek yoghurt
60g normal curd
70g banana
2 whole eggs
LUNCH
150g cooked brown rice
150g chicken breast airfryed
100g vegetables or beans cooked
50g curd or yogurt
2whole eggs
Pre-workout
150g banana
Coffee
Snacks
2 Multigrain bread,lettuce,20g mayonnaise,3egg whites
AND
Whey protein shake with water (24g protein)
Dinner
150 chicken airfryed
Veg salad with 2 egg whites
I'm following Bro split hitting gym 5 days a week with cardio. I'm doing 3 Sets. Thanks in advance
