For context I live in Toronto Canada where i get alot of snow and salt during winter. I wanted to know which setup would serve me better long term?

Originally I wanted to go with Eibach Pro Kits with upgraded struts like Bilsteins or Koni Yellows, but my friend mentioned at that price point im better off just buying a set of coilovers.

Im only looking for around a 1" drop to begin with to keep the car easy to daily drive.

Can anyone who lives in a similar climate share their experience with coils or springs?
