I found this unlabled/unpriced Anthurium at my local greenhouse. I love this plant so much and am completely obsessed with ensuring it florishes. Can you help me confirm the type and provide some care tips?

The stem looks very clustered with small leaves that seem like they don't get much light, but the pot seems large compared to many of the plants I see here. I'm wondering if a re-pot will help or harm. Thank you!

Found in the greenhouse near the Villenaorum but very different plant, unlabled and unpriced. The clerk looked around and guesstimated $45; the most I've ever payed for a house plant but I love her so much. Can you help me identify this beautiful Anthurium? The leaves are very thick and have a beautiful velvet sheen. Does she need different care then my healthy, blooming peace lily? A new pot? The stem seems very clustered with growth. Thank you!
