Grace or GloveWorks?
Son just got into baseball this past season. He played t ball, didn’t stick. Played coach pitch and got a few in game hits and has been hooked since.
Ended up scoring a batting cage and ATEC Radius for a couple hundred bucks and now we’re full blown baseball in until who knows when? I have two RBG36 gloves, one from 98-99 (my LL glove) and one I picked up from Walmart when he started Tball. The 99 is flat and falling apart and the new one is this floppy mess. It catches fine, but it’s just a glove. Would like to invest in a better one, not so much a pro level one, that will last me a few years.
Ended up getting sucked into coaching this last season and may coach more.
I know there are a few Grace reps in here who seem to be killing it on customer service. So unless someone has something just insanely good about the GW gloves, I think I know what my choice would be.
Also, Grace break in worth it? I work full time so hitting the number of catches/ hits etc might take quite a while. But is it going to be harder the refit to my hand? Have a mallet and conditioner. I could just best the hell out of it for a few days if needed.
