Hi everyone - I appreciate all the support in this group. I am new to pomegranate and signed up, filled out the questionnaire, and paid the $75 about a week ago. I just got my visit summary tonight saying I was approved but I am not sure what the next step is.

I can’t set up an appointment because I don’t have the option for facility or provider and it just shows “no results.”

In my initial set-up, I asked for an invoice to be shared. Will that come next? Has anyone experienced this? I only have two injections in my current batch left so don’t want to have a lapse.
