Forgive me if this is an obvious answer, but i did the install a while back and havent interacted with anything switch cfw related since so im out of touch.

I installed the modchip and got it setup to boot into hekate, but my brother only used stockmmc once it was modded. Now hes wanting to sell the console, so im trying to reset the console to stock, or as stock as it can be with a modchip installed.

From my research it sounds like doing a complete initialization (full wipe) is a recipe for disaster. So what are my options for reseting with a modchip installed?
