So sad that bacolod dont have that many open libraries where anyone can just go and study. I hope may mga politicians man or orgs nga maka open library for everyone

Basi may idea kamo da if there are places here sa bacolod nga conducive ang environment for studying, free, ang ga close at least 5pm?
