My sister had been seeing this guy for a few months. He was an asshole who none of our family members liked. Eventually they broke things off and this guy would not stop bothering her, constantly calling her and scaring her. He even got his own mother involved and she called her, insulting her over the phone.

The calls didn't stop until today (he was using spam numbers since we blocked him everywhere), when I had enough and called him personally, telling him that he should leave my sister alone. Ofcourse he did not understand the meaning of 'no means no' and insisted that he should speak to her or else, his mother would make things 'ugly' (his exact words).

I hung up the call after telling him I will go to the authorities if he doesn't stop.

Afterwards my sister confessed that he had raped her, which is why she left him.

My blood is boiling and I want to hurt this guy. What do I do?

Today my sister finally came to me about a problem she is facing.

My sister had been dating this guy for a few months. She recently broke things off because he was quite verbally abusive, that's what I observed as well. He would not stop calling her to the point where she had to block him. After that, his mother called her as well, insulting her over the phone. After blocking both of them, this guy started using spam numbers to call her, trying to speak to her. She had to change her phone number and everything. She screenshoted all the caller IDs he called her from. And all the messages he sent.

Today, I called him telling him to leave her alone and leave our family alone as well as politely as I could. He kept insisting to speak to my sister saying that his mother would get involved otherwise, and things would get 'ugly'. I ended the call as my constant 'NO' was not getting through to him.

Afterwards, my sister confessed to me that he had raped her.. which is why she ended things with him.

My blood is boiling and I want to hurt this guy. What do I do to make sure he is punished properly?
