Hi don't know if anyone can help with this. Admin in Sainsburys if you're here. As people in my store have no idea.

But... I've added the Additional Stores in my area for like overtime. I done this when I first got ukg and worked fine. Then a second time around 6 months after which was fine.

Now I've added and deleted additional stores. Even though my manager approved twice it just doesn't seem to update. It's been a week or so. I don't know how to get it to update. It's bugging me.

I thought I could pack it and send it off at a post office. But reading there's this whole malarkey about printing labels and sending.

1. I don't have a printer

2. I don't have the foggiest what any of this means.

So is the label I get the details of the buyer? Is that I'm sticking on the package. (Like eBay stuff could just write on package and send via post office and that's that) But I read with this it's a less desired optioned.

As someone new to labelling things at drop offs. How does that work? I don't want to look silly at an evri drop off in Morrisons is all. .

Recently got a new laptop, my other one was an old thing that was no longer updates but still worked, Rudeys bulk editor still worked on that.

As i say got new laptop, so it doesn't seem to work on windows 11, so was there a work around or does it not work anymore?
