My son will be 2 at the end of the month. We have been potty training for 1 week today. My son shows zero signs of pee so usually I put him on the potty mid pee. Sometimes he continues to pee sometimes not. He does show signs of poop so whenever I catch it I put him on the potty he’ll poop.
Today we finally left the house after a week of staying in and I was kinda hesitant so I put a diaper on him. We were gone for 3 hours and I came home to a dry diaper. Immediately I put him on the potty and he peed.
I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance as if this is considered progress? & if there’s any potty training tips you can advise that would be great.
**I have read the oh crap! Potty training book that a lot of people have recommended, just looking for other advice.
