I maxed out this credit card 2 years ago when I got sick and since then have accommodated over $1500 in fees. I am currently working on paying off my discover credit card, I just made a 3k payment and now only have 2k left to pay off on it so I guess that’s progress. But now chase sent me a letter in the mail saying they would sue me if I didn’t respond what do I do!!!I do not have 6.3k lying around to toss at a credit card! Should I try negotiating?
