honestly i feel like i been lied to fr like i been doin pilates heavy for months n yeah i feel stronger or whatever but visually i look the exact same my lower belly is still there n the scale hasn’t moved an inch im lowkey terrified of liftin heavy bc i dont wanna look bulky i just want that long lean look but im startin to think im just wasting my time or maybe im missing something huge can u even lose the pooch with just pilates or am i just trippin pls tell me im not the only one goin in circles with this

I’ve been doing Pilates pretty consistently for a while now and I do feel stronger and more “aligned” I guess but visually my lower belly still looks the same and the scale barely moved
I don’t have a lot of time so Pilates felt like the perfect fit but now I’m wondering if I misunderstood what it actually does for body shape vs weight loss
Also I’m lowkey scared of switching to heavier workouts because I really don’t want to bulk up I just want that lean toned look
Is this normal or am I missing something big here
