Hello, I can't seem to figure out why my foundation looks odd. It almost seems to not adhere well to my skin. I used a kiko Milano hydra glo moisturizer that I was told works well as a primer. Then I applied a kiko Milano insta moisture foundation. I speckled it on my face, then used a firm foundation brush, followed by a wet sponge to smooth. I just can't seem to overcome this powdered look. I cleanse properly, use toner and moisturizer. Any advice please! I'd love to keep my foundation but open to changing other things.

Note - the picture makes it look better than it is. You can see some splotches on my nose and cheek from pealing or not adhering properly
