Hello. I have a stand up shower in my bathroom. We have good ventilation and open windows when showering however I think the previous shower head we had caused some back-splash to the wall and some of the paint got wet and now we have these bubbles. I have a new shower head which does not cause splash back. The bubbles in the paint are dry and peel off and underneath its (dry) drywall. There is no mold, or damage to the dry wall. What’s the best way to fix this?

Should I peel / scrape the bubbled paint? And then what next? Do I need to prime the wall? Use dry wall patch putty? Or just paint over the drywall ?
