Here is a photo of my hair , 9 days after I had it done . I usually get highlights , this time I decided to go with lowlights to add a little darker and get rid of the brassy/yellow blonde tone . She didn't do anything with the roots, she said it looked well blended already. I disagree, it's awful, the orange brassy hair is still there , and there's a band around my head, and my roots are awful. She refused to do correct /fix , unless I paid again.
