I’ve had stubborn hyperpigmentation for a while on my cheeks—and more recently hypopigmentation— I can’t seem to get rid of, I’ve been very consistent for about 2 months with niacinamide products and exfoliants and a toner to no avail, I don’t get much new acne but struggle with inconsistent skintone, dryness, and texture, any suggestions
