Hi, I had this problem since I purchase the laptop, a16 freezes entirely when I open this specific game genshin only in loading screen not the game itself. Its not happening always but happened about 7-8 times in a span of 2 months, now already I tried win+ctrl+shift+b and other trouble shooting method but the screen freezes entirely that none of those keys working. The only way is to force shut down, after that it fixes it but I have to redownload some part of the game and kinda concerning since they say force shutting down can cause hardrive problem. should I be concerned? or is there anyone experienced this and did something to fix it. please tell I beg you.
