I realized i've been getting pats on the back every single time i've learned to mask harder.

Every layer further removed from my authenticity was met with congratulations.

I was like addicted to 'personal growth' in other words MASKING HARDER.

Even people i barely saw once a year felt so free to comment on my personal way of being.
