Hi, on several instances I have been in my local express store and found a store member scrolling on their phone whilst on the shop floor, usually semi hiding behind them cage things. I have photographic evidence of this.

Obviously this is very unprofessional and its my understanding there should be disaplinary action for this. Is there an email address for head office/HR I can send this evidence to?
