Hi, at work we use the Adobe for Teams plan for everyone's accounts.

Now, whenever I use the Generative Summary of the Acrobat AI Assistant, it works without issues, and I can ask follow-up questions as well.

When our director tries doing the same on his account, it lets him use the Generative Summary, but he cannot do anything further and is hit with the "This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license" error message.

I've tried contacting Adobe support but I couldn't find either a phone number (we are UK-based) or an email address. Previous posts here have pointed to a live chat but that seems to have been retired as well?
