Hello ! I’m 23F and Ive thought a lot about this. I want to go into commercial real estate. I want to own a building. I want to eventually own a commercial real estate company, where I could lease commercial properties. I want to take abandoned malls and repurpose them. How do I get into this business ? Do I get my real estate license ? How do I go about this. I’m ready to do the work and invest in this and I know this will be hard. Any guidance is greatly appreciated
