I got it 2 days ago At first it was just marvel rivals then most of my games expect overwatch was the only game that worked then all of my games and apps, I tried everything I could, reset wifi, uninstall the games (I can't install them on my Xbox for the same reason so I used my phone to install the games) and It didn't work, I don't wanna factory reset cause I Heard from some people it's useless and It takes time to get everything together, I even checked others accounts and still the same, told some people to check my account from their Xbox and it worked fine except for me, i updated my Xbox and nothing changed
