Another Grizzl e Club Review
Hello Everyone, It seems others have had positive experiences with Grizzl E…Mine has been less so.
April 22nd I created an account, ordered and payed the deposit/shipping for a mini connect = $152.
May 12 still no confirmation - Im wondering what the delay is as other reviews I read, it was shipped within a few days. I contact their FB page and was told there was some problem and I should contact sales by email. I did that too. No response.
May 13 I call sales and am told there is some confusing problem and that I need to resolve it with their tech support. I talk to tech support, guy tells me they dont have my name (?). Which is strange because I made the purchase with my credit card…(I cant make a purchase anonymously). He then tells me to talk to sales and sends me to a phone extension with no one at the other end.
I call back and sales people tell me that its my fault because they don't have my name…I provide my name again and they say it will take a few more days to process everything.
Ugh I hope the rest of this goes better.
