So at our store they had to replace three team leads on the front end two of the cap 2 TLs and the bakery/cake decorating TL

They filled those positions pretty quick I personally didn’t go out for them but I k ow people who have been with the company for multiple years. That did and who have been trying for leadership roles that didn’t get it. They got offed a pizza party in there name for all their hard work and dedication 😂 and they could invite any associates that they want. Hey at least one of my friends got me a free slice of pizza 😂
