Hello, can you please help me with this ref. I don't know where esle to reach out when the supposed support did not actually solve this issue.
Had a lot of issue with this ref. 1st - ice build up 2nd - fridge compartment is not cold if set to 7
For context, bought this this Year 2026 January, first ice build up was march, reported to the support and a technician visited. Second ice build up was this april. Reported it again and the same technician visited.
contacted the technician and told us that there's no issue, and advice us to have it unplugged once a month so that the ice won't build up. I told the technician this should not be the solution as this is a no frost.
On the second visit, he changed the sensor.
Since it hasn't been a month, I'm still observing if it solved the ice build up.
Now for the second issue, the fridge comparment is not cold even though the freezer settings is high and fridge setting is set to 7. It came to a point where the ice cubes inside the freezer melted.
And I'm so tired of contacting the support to have this checked just to end up thinking if it's realy a defect or I'm just overthinking.
Also, the technician told us to set this in low settings to avoid the ice build up.
