Yesterday early evening I saw a large grey tabby get hit by a car, roll underneath it a few times, get up and run underneath the gate of a nearby house. This was on Austin St, just on the bend across from the small reserve. He hasn't been seen since.

He is a very friendly and sociable cat, but is likely scared and hurt. I'm not the owner but am in contact with them.

Please, please, check your yards and bushes if you live on Austin St or Hume St near Waltham road; tell your neighbors. He's definitely in the area, and we're very concerned he is hiding and hurt with serious injuries.

Thanks everyone! If the neighborhood could band together and find this sweet hurt cat so the owner can take him to the vet, that would be amazing!
