Do you have any suggestions for improvements on the components? I'm looking for an all-black build. Feel free to also suggest other cases, Fans, Mods that might be a better fit. The PC needs to be able to run games on a 4K OLED monitor.
My budget is between 4,000 and 4,500 euros. Gaming from Germany.
