Hello everyone, I'm Kenan from Türkiye. I have a Canadian visa rejection. The language school agency didn't include this rejection in the file, saying that Australia wouldn't be able to see it. The agency also didn't mention the Canadian rejection in the letter of intent. I received letter S57, in which the agency wrote that I applied alone and didn't see the visa rejection section. My visa application was rejected with code PIC4020 (misleading document).

What should I do? Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone experienced this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙏🏻
