I'm not completely sure if this is a panic attack or not, but sometimes if I'm enjoying something enough, it gives me a very high heart rate which I think has been triggering panic attacks? not entirely sure. It feels like one except without any of the actual feeling of fear.

Would this be a panic attack? Or is there a better word to describe it?

The Lifeline Connections Bellingham office installed anti homeless alarms outside their building on Friday, facing directly into a busy parking lot, with an apartment complex on the other side. When a car enters the parking lot from the bakerview side, it triggers every single alarm one at a time and sounds horrible. One of them I think is broken(?) and just goes off every 3-5 seconds.

I had a migraine yesterday. Usually they only last about an hour, but the constant noise managed to extend it to 5 hours. I can hear it from my bedroom, even with a curtain on the wall to block sound.

I've seen a cop show up twice so far to try and figure out how to turn it off, so I'm assuming people must be calling in noise complaints. Does anyone else in the meridian area hear it?
