I got my eyebrow pierced 5 months ago (November 2025). It’s been doing really good and I even got it downsized. About a week ago it started to get really red, there’s no puss or goop coming out of it but it hurts a little and there’s redness on both sides of the piercing. Is it just irritated/infected or does it look like the start of rejection?

Age of piercing: 5 Months

Jewelry: Titanium, Curved barbell, ball screws on

Downsize: yes

Aftercare: Basic saline/wound wash from Walmart, Spray piercing morning and night and gently pad dry with a paper towel

I’ve bumped it a couple times (as everyone has), but nothing major to note.
