June 1 move-in

Cats are moving out so a housemate with (must be fixed) 1 or 2 cats is our preference.

The room in question would have been a dining room originally - completely paneled, nearly square room with a set of windows on one wall. It does not have a closet, but is ~160 square feet.

Note: This is NOT a freshly renovated place. It's old and creaky, but it is affordable and is only a few blocks from the Green B (~15 min walk to C if you prefer). There is also parking in the back if you have a car.

Wonky washer/dryer in basement (also laundromat 3 blocks away). The apartment is the ground/first floor apartment with one above and one in the front part of the basement. There is no smoking (of any type).

Utilities definitely went up this year. Should average to ~$90/month including fios.

Must be LGBTQ friendly. Prefer someone late 20s or older who is looking to resign for the new year (last year rent went up $50/person).

First/Last/$70 security deposit for a total of $1676. Can show Sunday thru Tuesday at/after 6 pm
