Where to get more information?

Hello,

Grocery delivery services were recently recommended to me and they're a great idea, I'm grateful this service exists. But I also feel kind if uncomfortable, and I'd like to fear of the unknown with more information. A lot of it is money-related as my budget isn't big (but always big enough to have a tip left).

When I submit an order, how can I find the original price of the items? I did a lot of reading and those receipts are unshareable? I know there's a markup, this is a luxury, but I need to know how much the items are marked up in order to budget. 15%? 20%?

And next, how is the service portion calculated and when is it provided? Should I anticipate another 20% plus tip? Or is tip included?

Sorry for the questions, I'm just looking for information to make this a successful experience-- I'm not one to "wing" things without an informed judgement.

Thanks!
