I want to place my first Skin Global order but I haven’t been able to get a response from the rep (on email, whatsapp, and Instagram) for over five days. They shared their catalogue and order link with me a week ago but nothing since then. I just want to confirm their complimentary reship policy for first orders since I’m placing a large order. They know I learned about them through this sub.
