I got 200spd yao and 200spd SW. Got 2 questions:

1)Is the reason of 148 SPD sparkxie recommendation is only 1 more loot box she procs? As you can see I lose 34 CDMG for that 15 more SPD substat.

2)Which build would you guys suggest and why?
