Hello! This is my first time on this subreddit, but I’m not sure what to do about my piercing. A few months ago I got my lobes pierced for the first time. If i’m being completely honest after a month or so I was incredibly busy with university work, and accidentally stopped doing the aftercare.
I went to my piercer to get the piercing changed as I thought everything was fine, but was told I had a moisture bump and that my piercings hadn’t healed.
I have been trying to get rid of the moisture bump for 2 weeks, keeping it dry and avoiding pressure but it doesn’t seem to budge, and i’m scared that it’s effecting the healing process of one of my piercings.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of this moisture bump and how to make sure both my piercings heal okay? Any advice is helpful.
