31 [F4A] Online - After my breakup, I tracked one full year of embracing my single life

I'll preface this by saying I'm a biochem PhD and basically a huge nerd that loves stats haha. A bit over a year ago, I ended a very long-term relationship, no major blowups, we had just grown apart and the relationship became unsatisfying for both of us. After about 3 months or so, I put myself out there and started dating again and I started tracking some stats that I just wanted to share.

  • 23 "first dates", basically anything where I met a new person for the first time for a date. 18 were men, 5 were women. 20 were dating apps, 3 were more "organic".
  • Of the 23 first dates, 13 I slept with on the first date, 3 on the second date, and 1 on the third date. 6 I did not sleep with. 14 were men and 3 were women. 74% sex rate.
  • Of my 17 partners, I slept with 12 more than once, and 3 more than 10 times. The most I've slept with 1 partner has been 23 times.
  • I've had sex 68 days out of the year, which I don't think is too bad considering I'm single! And I've masturbated 107 days out of the year.
  • Of my 17 partners, I had an orgasm with 67% of the men and 80% of the women.
  • And I used condoms with 100% of the men (go me! haha)

And those are the basic, surface level stats! I just kind of wanted to share because who else am I going to share with. And I'd love to chat with anyone who's also going through a brand new single period after a LTR, or anyone trying to figure out dating in their 30s!
