So the day after I made my first post I did contact the local health department who told me to call the department of agriculture instead. Told them about everything that was going on and they said they’d send someone over to look at the store ASAP. Three days later I heard from my store manager that nobody had showed up but somehow OSHA was called. OSHA also called the department of agriculture. It’s been a week since my initial report and still nobody has come to inspect the store. I called integrity matters yesterday as well but I doubt there’s anything they can do. As of today the store is still open to the public. There’s dead mice, mouse feces and urine all over the floor and on products, mice have been chewing through the food, and now there’s live mice that have crawled up the walls and fallen on people as well as mice that have climbed up people’s arms and legs while they’re moving freight in the back room. I made all of this clear to everyone I called so I can’t believe they didn’t treat this as an emergency situation and shut the store down immediately. Not sure who else I can possibly call besides maybe the fire department. I’m curious how many people have unknowingly gotten sick from shopping at this store.

In 2017 I emailed Kik about some issues I was having with screenshots included. The links to those screenshots are through Zendesk. Clicking on any of them brings me to the “oops, this help center no longer exists” page. Is there another way I can access these screenshots?

Employees at my store have been asked to go to a neighboring store because they’re extremely far behind on freight. Their back room is FULL of mouse poop and dead mice. The entire store smells like feces and death. The district manager has known this for months and refuses to keep the store closed or do anything about the problem. She won’t even bother having people clean up. Food that has been chewed by mice and pooped on is ending up on the shelves. Everyone is too scared to report the store to the health department. I said I would but now I’m being told I’ll be fired by corporate. Is this true? What should I do? Also I do have pictures of all of this.
