Advice Please!!
We do not get on with our neighbours next door. We spent about a month if not two dealing with them already and today has been a last straw.
Let me start here.
Me (29f) and my fellah (28m) live next to a mid 30s couple with a child (6 maybe 7 years old from the looks of him). We take pride in our garden as its our first house together after knocking about in flats most of our early 20s. We are avid gardeners and recently invested into the garden to make it nice again (after previous tenants neglected it)
Back to the neighbors. Since its gotten sunny, the kid next door has been playing out a lot (obviously very wholesome and we love it) but as hes got a massive trampoline and a play house, we have caught him many times looking into our garden and even into our house through the patio doors. Which obviously isn't on. He kicked the ball against our shared fence panel for hours on end which again is not a problem. Until it went over the fence. We kicked it back for the first two weeks or so. But then it was constant. Every hour, the ball went over. And everytime it did, he was waving us down from inside the house to kick it back for him. Over and over and over again. Interrupted a family easter dinner THREE TIMES. then a few days later, kicked it over again. He knocked onto the house but as my fellah was just getting out the shower, and he knew it was just for the ball, he ignored the knock. He thought "i'll just kicked it over once im dressed and ready". And then he saw his little fingers reaching into the mail slot. Clearly LOOKING INTO OUR PROPERTY. My fellah was fuming. And when the kids mom came over to grab a parcel that was delivered to us by mistake (bare in mind the parcel was waiting for her for 5 days before she grabbed it), my fellah told her off. Told her its not on what her kid was doing. And that he won't be waiting on that ball anymore. Now since then, they havent been awful but today, we look out into the garden and then whole garden is COVERED in pink confetti and the kid is on top of his playhouse looking over with a guilty look on his face. Must have been them. What do we do??????
