Is there really a plan we could follow to achieve our goals?
Nowadays it seems hard to concentrate since smartphones can really get the worst out of us, its lighting can influence our overall well-being!
Symptoms like zooning out can influence our sleep.
I can't personally follow through a strict routine as an artist . There's some good news : I've set long term goals .
I've got out of my comfort zone and I can take care of myself but It's so hard to get back on track .
So many things go through my head and mindfulness techniques are useful but they take lots of my time .
