Hi! I’m a grade 12 student and I’m still waiting on life sci, but I already got accepted to soc sci and I was wondering how the process is changing from soc sci year one to life sci at the end of year 1? My end goal is med school, and I have always been better at STEM classes, it’ll also help me prepare for the MCAT. How is the soc sci program in general, since I heard it’s a lot of reading and writing?

I understand that I can’t just go to “life sciences” in year two and have to specialize into something or go to honours life sciences. But how is the transfer process? I heard from a few people all you have to do is take science electives (the pre reqs for life science) and you should be good but isn’t there limited seats?

Hii, I’m a grade 12 student just wondering about the workload and difficulty of course work at Mac Life sci. I’m specifically asking for how bad the jump is from high school to first year if you did the IB program? And is it easy to maintain a high GPA while still having time to actually have a life outside of school?
