I don’t know if my medical abortion was successful or failed.

Hello, my last period was on March 10 and my periods are usually regular. Around April 8, I realized something might be wrong and took a pregnancy test. There was a faint line, so I wasn’t sure. My period was very late, and although I was stressed during that time, I had never experienced such a delay before in my life. Seeing the faint line made me suspicious.
I started researching symptoms. I had frequent urination and was almost in the bathroom all day. I also had pain in my tailbone area. Then I started having occasional cramps. My stomach felt slightly bloated, like I was about to get my period, but it never came. I also felt pressure in my abdomen. I didn’t want to accept that I was pregnant, but deep down I knew I was.
Then I went to a clinic and found out that I was 6 weeks pregnant. The gestational sac was visible and there was a heartbeat. I decided to take the pills. After accepting the procedures, I received the medications.
On April 20, 2026, I took the mifepristone pill. Then on April 22, I took the 4 misoprostol pills.
Two days after taking the first mife pill, before even using the other pills, I started lightly bleeding. A tiny clot came out, but I had no cramps.
After taking the misoprostol, I had intense cramps, pain, and passed many clots in pieces. Especially two of them were really very large. But I don’t know if any of them was the gestational sac. I did not suffer extreme pain because I have a high pain tolerance. I was not at home and continued working. Sometimes the cramps became very intense. I was bleeding heavily. For the first 6 days I bled a lot, though it gradually decreased. I passed many clots.
My cramps gradually started decreasing after the first 2 days. On the 3rd day, while I was working and standing, I suddenly felt my uterus open and a very large piece drop onto my pad. When I went to the bathroom and pulled down my pants, a huge clot or tissue-like piece fell to the floor. I’m sorry for describing it this way, but I have to. I tried to understand whether it was pregnancy tissue, but I couldn’t tell.
I bled heavily for 6 days. After that, the bleeding became lighter. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I am still bleeding. My tailbone pain has returned. I still have a mild aching sensation in my abdomen.
I cannot go for a check-up because abortion is illegal in the country where I live, and they record check-ups in the system. I don’t know how I can understand whether it worked or not, and I’m scared.
Also, I had my first examination in another country and got the pills there as well. Besides the gestational sac, they also saw a benign pregnancy cyst on my left side. During the pregnancy I felt a stinging sensation on that side, and now it feels like it has passed.
My emotions are very mixed right now.
I would appreciate your advice.
