So I’m a SAHM who’s going back to work (I’ve been working as a nanny for the last year but my son comes with and that doesn’t count in my eyes) my son is almost 3 and I was wondering how you guys handled the transition from clingy, never spent more than 2 hours without mom to being without a parent completely and being cared for by strangers. He’s going to start school in fall but I was debating sending him to daycare for a short time so I could start working sooner. I’m just unsure how this transition is going to go… he cries when I leave him with strangers (he’s done two ecfe classes and one date night with our neighbor who has kids he likes) will this be a problem and I’ll have to be home forever?? I need reassurance, advice, and experiences please and thank you
