I have a question. Spark deactivated my account due to a failure to pay on an installment plan with the DMV. I called the day they deactivated my account and paid it in full, then I appealed it letting them know it’s paid in full. Do I have a chance of getting my account back & if so & how long does it normally take before I hear back about their decision?
