How long in between communication from IRCC?

I received an email from
IRCC wanting me to provide more info. (A post 1994 birth certificate for my Canadian born ancestor that I’ve already posted about in this sub)

It gave explicit instructions that I needed to respond within 60 days and that I could respond directly to the email, and that the email address was being monitored.
I responded immediately that I was working on getting the necessary documents and asked a few clarifying questions in my response. It’s now been about 20 days since I sent that email but I have never received a response back from them.
If they email you and you respond, do you typically get a response back? It was a very generic and canned email from them, but it does say to respond directly to the email and that it was being monitored.
Anyone corresponded with IRCC directly and had any luck getting a response back from them? Time is ticking and i want to make sure they give me some type of extension past the 60 days since it will definitely be taking me longer than that to get what they’re asking for.

I have sensitive under eyes and need an eye cream that is nourishing for mature skin but doesn’t have too many actives - I dislike anything “brightening” with Vit C for under eyes and sensitive to anything with retinol under the eyes. I think my wrinkles are average for my age and no severe are dark circles.

I have enjoyed a sample of Lancôme

Regenerie yeux but can’t afford a full size of that right now.

Suggestions for a fairly basic, non retinol, non vit C under eye cream without too many active ingredients?

Hi all- i posted this in the FB group too so anyone in both groups probably saw it already- hoping there might be others in the group with feedback.

I received an AOR last week and today received a letter from IRCC asking for a birth certificate for my Quebec born ancestor in 1915. (Ironically, TODAY is his birthday!!!)

I submitted a color copy of his baptismal record, downloaded directly from BANQ and provided the link. This is not a certified copy, but it came straight from BANQ and is a clear, legible color copy in English, along with a death certificate from the USA and several other pieces of supporting documentation.

I do understand they didn’t issue BC’s back then.

Has anyone else received this same

Correspondence and have a suggestion on the best path forward?

I tried calling the number provided but it said I do not qualify for service in English.

I responded to the email but have not received a response back. I went to the Directeur de l'état civil website and still dont understand exactly what I need to do. Anyone received this email before and found a direct path forward?

This is the correspondence I received today:
