Long clitoral hood? Or other reason for lack of sexual sensation

Hi this is going to be a little bit tmi but I really need people to share if they've had similar insights! And before people tell me this is an issue for my gynecologist or sex therapist, I have tried to no avail. I am in the process of switching gynecologists, but in the meantime I just want to know if I'm alone in this or not. Or if there's any insight that Google and AI haven't already told me.

As long as I can remember, I have struggled with sexual sensation, and I also have vaginismus. I didn't know for a long time where my vagina or clit even were though I know a lot of women struggle with that.

I don't know if I have just conditioned myself to be this way, but attempting to masturbate with fingers never did much of anything and attempts to finger myself always hurt so I avoided it. The only thing that has ever worked has been grinding/humping, usually a pillow in a very specific way that involves a lot of pressure, control, and deep focus. I have no issue getting aroused and wet, but reaching this kind of sensation takes a lot of effort, and I also don't think I've ever orgasmed. I am now 22F for reference.

I've been suggested to use a vibrator but when in 90% of cases I lack sexual sensation to begin with, I don't know how that would help. My nipples have never been sensitive either. My partner is unable to give me pleasure outside of kissing, touching, etc which is super exciting/hot and turns me on and gets me wet, but still doesn't lead to sexual sensation, let alone actually having penetrative sex; this frustrates both of us. I am attracted to him very much and haven't had any kind of past of sexual trauma. I'm not on any medication either

Anyways, that leads to now...I have been trying to observe myself and I noticed that I might have a long clitoral hood...It covers my clit fully and extends downward a bit. I read that excess skin there can get in the way of experiencing sensation. I wonder if this could be a real possibility for me? Has anyone else experienced this before? I just do not know what else this could be.
