Have been separated 2 years, and up until now I have had our child 80% of the time. Now it's 50/50 court ordered. We both work 8-5, so they go to an after school care. I live right by the after care, and he has to drive by our house to get them on his weeks. Every 4-5 weeks I have the privilege of getting off work at 12 on Friday, so I have always just picked them up right after school. Next week is his week and I will get off at 12 Friday. Do I have to ask for his permission to pick our child up and have him just come to our house after work like we have always done, or can I just give him a heads up? He is a narcissist so co parenting is very hard, if I have to ask he will say no because he loves having that power over me.
