I am a player from Brazil and would like to report a serious issue with matchmaking after the recent update.
Since the update, I am constantly being placed in international servers (mainly North American), which results in high latency and a clearly unfair experience. There is a frequent and noticeable delay in actions, severely impacting gameplay competitiveness.
The situation becomes worse when disabling crossplay: matchmaking times become extremely long, often making it impossible to find matches. In other words, there is currently no viable way to play with a good connection.
It feels like the system is prioritizing queue times at the expense of connection quality and competitive balance. This heavily impacts players outside major regions such as South America.
In its current state, the game has become frustrating to the point of losing its enjoyment, which has led me to stop playing temporarily.
Suggestions:
- Stronger priority for regional servers (e.g., South America)
- Implement a ping limit in matchmaking
- Better balance between queue time and connection quality
I hope this issue is addressed, as it directly impacts players outside the United States.
Thank you.
