How can I get more comfortable singing notes higher than a G3 in chest voice

It’s become a nuisance struggling to hit B3’s and C4’s. I’m just looking for some solid advice to help me comfortably go past a G3/A3 in chest voice.

Update: after a couple of YouTube videos on breath support and some warmups. I’m able to hit a c/c#4 comfortably. I’m going to try my best to practice on making my chest voice stronger and finding my mix voice.

My friend is constantly giving me unsolicited advice. He tends to not take the hint and doesn’t know when I’m offended by something. A few weeks ago he told me I need to change my style because I look like an average guy and I wear the same thing every time which I don’t but that’s not the point he also asked me if I washed my forehead, I don’t understand why anyone would ask that, yes I have acne but I do the best I can to fix it.

A few days ago he asked me if I washed my forehead again and told me to get acne cream (I ALREADY USE IT) then he told me I need to change my hairstyle in which I think looks fine because I spend a lot of time in the morning doing my hair and no one else seems to mind it. I can’t tell if he’s genuinely trying to help or disguising insults as advice.

Literally none of my other friends have pointed any of these things out. He always has something to say about my looks or the way I dress or the way I interact with others. Right before thanksgiving break he pointed out all my insecurities and he said “I would end it if he beat me in a fight do you see how skinny his arms are”.

My friendship with him bounces between genuinely hating him and wanting to be his friend again when he acts like a decent person. He’s moving at the end of the school year so I probably will try to distance myself from him.
