We are second year students of Bachelor of Public Administration from Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Main Campus. This survey is a significant procedure in our capstone project, which is a compliance requirement in our Public Policy and Program Administration subject.

Our paper aims to determine how effective does the RA 7305, also known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers, performs its objectives towards our Filipino public nurses by addressing the current problem/s in nurse work conditions and determining the root cause of the problem/s.
