"We are changing estate agent"

I've seen a few people say they are changing agent after not getting enough viewings. I've also seen a few houses be represented by multiple agents too.

It makes me question what people expect an agent to do Vs my expectation as a buyer and seller.

I expect the agent to put the house on Rightmove, say it's a lovely area and walk people around saying "and this is the kitchen" and tell me when there's an offer made.

...and that's about it.

Is that about the same for everyone or should I be expecting more?

Living longer thanks to not being trusting

Stella montis:

"don't shoot!" they say.

"thanks, I won't shoot." I reply.

But I keep distance and keep moving away. Then they're running after me - even using an adrenaline (!) so, I get around a corner and peek them. As they round the corner they pull the gun out. I knew it. Survived.

Another run on Stella: At extract.

I call the train. Run the length of the platform to see if someone is hiding in the dark. All clear.

Someone on the other platform, "hey! do you have a bandage for my friend?!"

"sure!"

This is solos and so I'm wary because I'm outnumbered. I pull back to one of the ramps stairs/ramps that leads to the platform. The train arrives. And waits. And waits. And waits.

I leave for another extract.

As I do, I hear the voice of the guy who called me "why did you call the train and not get on?"

Because I thought you were rats and would attack.

"no, it's you! you are a rat!"

Ok buddy, bye.

I think I've finally reached a point with this where I can judge behaviour fairly well ahead of a gun being drawn.

...Until the next betrayal.
